Andy Knott
Co-Founder & AI Operations Expert
Andy Knott is a Co-Founder of Strategia Training AI, entrepreneur, sought-after advisor, educator, and certified AI trainer who brings an uncommon blend of investigative rigor, legal experience, business leadership, and practical instruction to the organization. Early in his career, he was the last reporter The Chicago Tribune sent undercover using a fake identity to investigate fraud—work that ultimately contributed to a Pulitzer Prize nomination for public service. That foundation in inquiry, ethics, and public accountability continues to shape his approach to leadership and teaching.
Andy has also served as a prosecutor in Cook County, giving him deep knowledge of the public policies surrounding criminal and civil procedures in Illinois courts. As an entrepreneur, his work has been studied by Harvard Business School through a case study examining a team of expats operating in Australia and New Zealand. Today, as a Chicago-area financial advisor, he leads a growing wealth management practice in Winnetka, Illinois, advising clients with the same clarity, discipline, and strategic perspective that define his broader professional career.
For the past 14 years, Andy has taught and written professional continuing education courses in estate planning, fraud, the fundamentals of insurance, and AI bias in insurance. He is also a certified trainer through 7 Minute AI and remains actively engaged with AI researchers and entrepreneurs across the Midwest and both coasts. His AI work includes pitching at a startup competition at Google headquarters in Mountain View, meeting with AI leaders at Stanford and MIT, and earning an AI in Healthcare certificate from the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering.
At Strategia Training AI, Andy combines his investigative insight, legal and policy knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, and AI education expertise to help organizations understand and integrate artificial intelligence into their daily operations. Through practical instruction and real-world applications, he equips professionals with the knowledge and confidence to use AI effectively, improve productivity, make informed decisions, and adapt to an evolving business environment.
