Workforce Training Funding
The ARIZONA@WORK - City of Phoenix Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) Program helps employers upskill current employees, strengthen workforce skills, increase productivity, and support business competitiveness.
Program Overview
Participating employees must be full-time and have been with the organization for at least six months.
Eligible training must fall within one of six identified in-demand industries: Healthcare, Construction, Advanced Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics/Warehouse, Information Technology, or Finance & Insurance.
Final eligibility and approval are determined by the City of Phoenix.
