Liz Romer supports the day-to-day operations and growth of Strategia Training AI, working behind the scenes to keep programs, projects, and business initiatives organized and moving forward.

With a background in strategic operations, project coordination, business development support, recruiting, and onboarding, Liz brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to building processes and coordinating the many pieces that support a successful training program.

At Strategia Training AI, Liz works closely with leadership on program coordination, training materials, workforce development resources, website and communications support, and other operational needs. She helps turn ideas into organized action so the training team can stay focused on delivering a strong experience for clients and participants.

Liz earned certificates in Organizational Behavior, Business Management, and Business Leadership from the College of DuPage, providing a strong educational foundation in business operations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys reading psychological thrillers, glamping, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family. She is also a Girl Scout Leader and has fostered dogs through Fetching Tails Foundation since 2019.
