Stephanie Thompson brings more than a decade of experience in strategic communications, employee engagement, reputation management, and professional storytelling to Strategia Training AI.

With a people-centered approach to communication and learning, Stephanie has spent her career helping organizations simplify complex information, engage employees, strengthen relationships, and communicate more effectively.

As an AI Training Specialist with Strategia Training AI, Stephanie draws on her extensive communications experience to support the delivery of practical, hands-on AI education. Working alongside co-founders Lissa Druss and Andy Knott, she helps professionals understand how artificial intelligence can enhance communication, streamline everyday tasks, and improve workplace efficiency. She is currently completing her AI trainer certification as she prepares to lead courses and help organizations adopt AI confidently and responsibly.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Illinois and an Associate of Arts with a culinary focus from Kendall College.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a passionate advocate for animal rescue and veterans and their families, including her service as Executive Secretary of Fisher House Illinois. A self-described culinary explorer, she enjoys discovering new foods, experiences, and the stories found around the table.
